Ken gave me a very detailed report on how my furnace operates and functions. Was extremely informative about if and when I would need a new furnace vs parts. Was on time and called 30 mins prior to arriving. Ken is polite and considerate. Showed me the different returns, how and when I should maintain them. I contactedGaron T. regarding issues I had with plumbing in multiple rooms. Devon was prompt and thorough. He explained what needed to be fixed or updated and why. He answered all questions I had regarding the process.

Devin did a great job, he was super nice, very helpful, and got me in touch with a restoration company to address the other issues caused by my kitchen sink! He was happy to lay out all of the options for me and quote me on other work I was looking to get done. Definitely recommend!

There is no hard sell, just honest information given which included pictures and 3 options for the repair labelling them Good, better, best so that the customer (I) can make a decision to move forward with the necessary repairs. Ken also contacted his office to get additional information to make my decision a little easier. Always explaining the process clearly. Ken is one of those employees.

Nick was my technician that came to assess problem. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly found the source of the leak and made necessary repairs. He was quick and efficient and cleaned up any mess that was made. He explained everything to me and helped me understand what I could do moving forward to prevent further leaks in my house. I was extremely satisfied.
